At EnviroSustain, we have built on a resilient foundation of promoting flexible working models and family-friendly practices for many years. This enables us to facilitate a productive and happy team and promote an ideal work-life balance for all our employees. Our already well-established flexibility allowed us to adapt quickly when lockdown measures were introduced throughout 2020. We strengthened our remote working practices and fully equipped our team with the infrastructure and technology necessary for effective remote work. We also adjusted our internal communication processes, embracing digital solutions such as digital team meetings and online collaboration tools and platforms to uphold our strong team culture. Above all, our corporate imperative is to ensure continuous health and well-being of our employees.

ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL CAUSES:
German Children’s Fund
The German Children’s Fund has been campaigning for the rights of children in Germany for more than 45 years. Overcoming child poverty and the participation of children and young people in all matters affecting them are at the heart of their work as a children's rights organisation. Following our 2020 Christmas donation, in 2021 we upgraded our support for the organisation’s valuable work to monthly donations.
Plant-for-the-Planet
Prompted in 2007 by a nine-year-old boy’s call to all children to plant a million trees in each country, Plant-for-the-Planet was born. Since then, more than 91,666 children have educated each other in over 1,608 academies in 75 countries to become ambassadors for climate equality. They fight for their future by planting trees, holding talks, protests and much more. We support their work with a monthly donation.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Climate strike
In light of pandemic-related physical distancing measures introduced in 2020, we continued to support the Fridays for Future student movement. Following the motto #AlleFürsKlima, we and many other companies are calling for an appropriate climate policy. Our company’s vision is HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE SPACE. FOR EVERYONE. And this is exactly what we want and why we are striking.
Stadtradeln
The international City Cycling campaign aims to encourage as many people as possible to switch to riding their bicycle in their everyday lives. With their campaign, Stadtradeln raises awareness of the multiple benefits of cycling, including climate protection and improved health. In September 2021, our team collectively cycled 602 km, avoiding around 88 kg of CO₂ emissions.
